Refund Policy

Any Users of OPIDO through its website / mobile application  can choose to cancel a booked appointment at any time before 45 minutes of the scheduled appointment booked with our Panel of health practitioners/Health Professionals/ Pathology labs/Hospitals/. But once the booking OTP is shared with the health Practitioners/ Professionals associated or engaged with OPIDO , it would be construed to be a successful appointment /transaction or order confirmed and no cancellation request will be accepted there on .

In case of Pathology Labs, once the appointment is booked through OPIDO website / mobile application and required sample is collected or the Sample collecting staff is out to collect the sample from specified location of the users confirmed at the time of sample collecting appointment booking, no amount will be refunded as the appointment booked is to be confirmed as booking completed. For any report sample related issues concerned Labs , who has collected the samples can be contacted for further assistance or support . 

In case of Pharmacy/ Chemist, once the order is placed and the said confirmed order is out for delivery, no amount will be refunded as the order booked by the user is accepted by the Pharmacy and the booked order is out for delivery.

In case of any other product or services booked by the users, the time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be cancelled once the specified time has passed. However in case of any cancellation from the health service providers or any other prividers due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged.

OPIDO reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. OPIDO also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

In case a Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) is not available to respond to a paid consult, Users have two option First – Users can reschedule their appointment as per availability of Healthcare practitioners and secondly -Users can claim refund of his/ her appointment booking charges at least 45 minutes before the acceptance of booking by the concerned Health Care Practioners.  The concerned Health Care Practioners, can report the issue to OPIDO and request for cancellation through their Dashboard, post which OPIDO will process the refund amount equaling to the total actual amount paid by the user. However, the refund will not include the discount/offer value and any other promotional offerand platform charge taken by OPIDO.

Upon cancellation of services or purchase only the amount paid by user (after adjusting OPIDO credit points) will be refunded. OPIDO Points will not be refunded once they have been applied on a transaction.
